Frequently asked questions

Can my client reply themselves?

Yes. Invite them to the team and assign them their site: they see and reply to that site’s conversations only, from the app or the web dashboard.

What if a client leaves?

Delete their site in Hooky: you free up a slot in your plan, and their conversations go with it.

Does the bubble match each client’s colors?

Yes: each site has its own color, side and welcome message. The bubble is isolated from the site’s styles (Shadow DOM), so the client’s theme doesn’t distort it.
